He is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Certified Athletic Trainer. Sean Langan has worked as a research physiologist for the US Army, leading multiple studies on the effects of altitude sickness at Pike's Peak. Sean Langan is a performance scientist who has contributed articles to Sports Illustrated and has been published in The American Journal of Physiology, among other science journals.
He is currently the Head of Human Performance at VO Health and assists clinical research for Liquid IV.
